Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using Snaplists.io (the "Service") operated by [Your Company] ("us", "we", or "our").

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.

Accounts

We do not require users to create accounts to use Snaplists.io.

Premium Service

Users have the option to upgrade their todo lists to premium status with a one-time payment. Premium lists are publicly accessible and may include additional features. Access to premium list controls, including renaming, requires the email address used during payment and the receipt ID received from Stripe. Snaplists stores email addresses solely for the purpose of confirming ownership of premium lists. In the event that the receipt ID provided by Stripe is lost or accessed by unauthorized individuals, Snaplists holds no responsibility for the ownership or control of premium lists. It is the user's responsibility to safeguard their receipt ID and ensure its confidentiality. Snaplists cannot recover ownership or control of premium lists without the original receipt ID provided during payment.

Payment Information

Payments for premium services are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store any credit card information.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities: hate speech, harassment, illegal activities, spam, explicit content, plagiarism, sharing sensitive personal information, trolling, misinformation, and violations of intellectual property rights.

Data Management

Non-premium lists will be deleted after 30 days of inactivity and cannot be restored.

Refund Policy

We strive to provide a satisfying experience for all our users. If you encounter any issues or are unsatisfied with our premium services, please reach out to our support team. We are committed to addressing your concerns and resolving any technical issues promptly.

Refunds may be provided at our discretion under the following circumstances:

Technical Issues: If you encounter technical difficulties that prevent you from using our premium services effectively, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe.
Dissatisfaction: If you are unsatisfied with the premium features or overall experience of our service, and we determine that your dissatisfaction is valid and cannot be reasonably addressed through other means.

Refund requests must be submitted within 15 days of the original purchase date. To request a refund, please contact hello@snaplists.io with details about your purchase and the reason for your refund request. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please note that refunds are granted at our discretion, and we reserve the right to deny refund requests that we deem to be abusive or fraudulent. Additionally, refunds will not be provided for cases where users have violated our terms of service.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
